Cancellation / Rescheduling Policies

Effective 2024

To protect all of our provider’s time and income, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged the appropriate no show fee for your service. This will go for all services. As a service based business we thank you for your understanding! By booking, you are agreeing to our policies.

All second no show offenders will no longer be able to schedule an appointment.

We know things happen, but please try to do your best to let us know ahead of time. Our time is just as valuable as yours!

Tattoo Policies

48hr cancelation policy

There is a $50 nonrefundable / nontransferable deposit that is required to book. It will go towards your tattoo unless you cancel/reschedule under the 48hr time period. If you want to reschedule day before, there is another $50 deposit required to reschedule. If you no show, cancel, or reschedule day of your appointment, your deposit will go towards the rescheduling fee. which is the shop minimum ($150), so the rest will be $100 to reschedule. This rescheduling fee will NOT go towards your tattoo, it is for your appointment you missed. (we know no one wants to pay for a service you did not get. so please be mindful of our time and your money, and let us know 48hrs in advance).

You will have 24hrs to pay your deposit, or your appointment will be cancelled. You can reschedule 1 TIME with your original deposit, If you cancel your appointment and want to reschedule later on, you will have to pay another $50 deposit. Please keep in mind all price quotes are a guesstimate and are subject to change depending on tattoo size, detail, area, and how long it takes.

Piercing Policies

48hr cancelation policy

All clients 18 and older need to bring a government issued photo ID that is not expired. Such as driver's license or passport.

All minor’s (under age) piercings require the parent or legal guardian to be present with their government issued photo ID, as well as proof of guardianship such as birth certificate, custody papers, adoption papers, with the parent / guardian's name on it as well as the minor.

The type of piercings a minor can receive depend on age and anatomy. Any questions please call or text (423)390-8733.

Once payment is processed and the sterile station is set up, refunds are not available—even if you choose not to go through with the piercing.

Permanent Makeup Policies

48hr cancelation policy

There is a $100 nonrefundable/ nontransferable deposit that is required to book. It will go towards your appointment unless you cancel/reschedule under the 48hr time period. If you want to reschedule day before, there is another $50 deposit required to reschedule. If you no show. cancel, or reschedule day of your appointment, there will be another $100 deposit to reschedule. This rescheduling fee will NOT go towards your PMU appointment, it is for your appointment you missed. (we know no one wants to pay for a service you did not get, so please be mindful of our time and your money, and let us know 48hrs in advance). You can reschedule 1 TIME with your original deposit, If you cancel your appointment and want to reschedule later on, you will have to pay another $100 deposit.

Touch-ups

No deposit required, but if you cancel/ reschedule under the 48hr time period, there is a $50 deposit to reschedule.

No Shows/Day of cancelations will require a $100 deposit to be able to reschedule. These deposits will NOT go towards your touch-up.

Facial Policies

48hr cancelation policy

All facials require a card on file do book. There is no deposit required. If you reschedule day before your appointment, there is a $50 rescheduling fee. All No Shows/Day of cancelations will require $100 deposit to reschedule.

Permanent Jewelry Policies

72hr cancelation policy

72 hour cancellation notice required from the day of your appointment or you will be charged a $15 fee.

To avoid any fees you must let us know 3 days in advance of a cancellation. If you are running late, please let us know! If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged $25. These are small appointment slots so please be on time. No call/no shows and day of cancellations will be charged $25.

Brows & Lashes Policies

72hr cancelation policy

72 hour cancellation notice required from the day of your appointment time, or you will be charged 1/2 of whichever service was booked. To avoid any fees we must know 3 days in advance of a cancellation. This also applies to changing the service of your appointment. If you are running late, please let me know! If you are 15 minutes or more late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged for whichever service was booked. No call/no shows and day of cancellations will be charged the full service price.
